SUPER EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION FOR AGILE 2005 EXTENDED TO JUNE 4
Strong registration and interest from development teams prompts addition of extra time

DENVER - May 31, 2005 The Agile Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the concepts of Agile software development, today announced that Super Early-bird registration for the Agile 2005 conference has been extended by a week to June 4. The inaugural conference will be held July 24 - 29, 2005 in Denver, and represents the merger of two highly successful industry conferences: XP/Agile Universe and Agile Development Conference.

"The response we've had during the first two weeks of registration has been phenomenal," said Todd Little, program director for Agile 2005. "We're seeing a particularly strong interest from organizations looking to send entire development teams. This extra week will provide individuals and groups more time to finalize their plans and take advantage of our discount program."

The combined conference is ideal for independent software vendors, software consultants and in-house corporate development teams interested in learning first-hand how to successfully implement and scale Agile methodologies. Attendees will have access to the most comprehensive and up-to-date information on Agile programming and project management ever assembled. Participants can learn about existing methodologies, like Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, FDD, Crystal and Adaptive, as well as new, emerging methodologies.

Agile 2005 is an open forum welcoming all Agile methodologies, new and old, with sessions for all roles including executives, managers, programmers and testers. With sessions targeted for every level of Agile software development - from beginner to experienced - the conference will appeal to a broad set of constituencies throughout the fast-growing Agile community.

For more information on Agile 2005, or to register, visit http://www.agile2005.org/. The deadline for Super Early-Bird Registration is June 4, 2005. Early-Bird Registration closes June 24, 2005.
